It is with great pleasure that we present our new Chef Jean Emmanuel Christ . His impressive background includes LA PINEDE in Saint Tropez and the BYBLOS in Courchevel. For 3 years, he was the sous-chef of Mister Trama, at L'AUBERGADE, a 3 Michelin star restaurant.
You will be served in our Gastronomic Restaurant, the beautiful 'Eugénie' dining room or in our Bistrot 'La Table de Louis' with its more casual atmosphere. The two dining rooms have a seating capacity between 30 to 35 guests. Our elegant English style lounge invites you to enjoy a cocktail, tea or coffee. |
